At Nadine’s at Pipers we are open 7 days a week, with no night work, offering around 20 hours a week.
We’re a vibrant cellar-door venue showcasing the very best of Tasmanian wine. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional guest experience: warm hospitality, expert wine service, and seamless teamwork.
As a Cellar Door Team Member, you will be central to the guest experience. Your duties will include:
- Serving and presenting wines to customers, with a strong knowledge of Tasmanian wine regions and varietals
- Polishing and preparing glassware to a high standard
- Engaging with customers: guiding tastings, offering information about wines, taking service orders
- Maintaining the cellar-door space and outdoor seating, ensuring it remains clean, welcoming and well presented
- Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service
If you have previous cellar doors, customer service, hospitality or retail experience, we encourage you to apply. Training will be given in wine and local products.
