Job Description
At Nadine’s at Pipers we are open 7 days a week, with no night work, offering around 20 hours a week. We’re a welcoming, energetic hospitality venue offering both indoor and outdoor table service, great coffee, and a vibrant wine list. Our team prides itself on providing exceptional service, working seamlessly together and creating a warm atmosphere for our customers every day.
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be a key part of delivering the full guest experience, including:
- Making coffee to a high standard
- Taking payments and operating the POS system
- Serving customers with food & beverage — indoors and on our outdoor area
- Waiting tables: greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, clearing plates
- Serving wine (including opening, pouring, and providing basic information)
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service, strong communication, and high standards
Some Barista experience is preferred, but all other training can be provided. A background in retail, customer service or at another hospitality venue would be highly regarded.
