This hands-on training will cover barista basics, through to more advanced techniques to consistently create high-quality espresso beverages.

Participants will leave with a strong understanding of coffee flavours, extraction and milk texturing techniques. Whether you’re a seasoned barista looking to refine your skills or a complete beginner, you’ll benefit from this course.

This barista training runs for three hours. Multiple courses will run throughout Dorset in September. Further dates and locations are to be released soon. There are limited funded places available.
