About the Role

The purpose of the position is to provide administrative assistance and customer experience for our ratepayers, residents, customers, and clients, as well as provide general administration support.

These positions are offered on a casual basis.  Successful candidates will be required to have relatively flexible availability. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Qualifications or experience in business administration or customer experience.
  • Experience or willingness to learn administrative functions.
  • Experience or willingness to learn data entry and database management.
  • Experience or willingness to learn customer service/experience.

Selection Criteria

  1. Experience in the use of a range of computer applications including Word, Excel & Outlook.
  2. Able to work with minimal supervision. 
  3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.  
  4. A friendly and positive outlook.
