Barnbougle, one of Australia’s premier golf and hospitality destinations, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the delivery of exceptional service across its renowned restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Assistant Manager will play a vital leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department. This hands-on position will support team supervision, service delivery, and back-of-house coordination, helping to maintain Barnbougle’s high standard of guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of food and beverage outlets across the property
- Support staff training, supervision, and performance
- Help coordinate rosters, inventory, and ordering processes
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service for all guests
- Step into a leadership role during the absence of the F&B Manager
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, professional approach with strong attention to detail
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings
