Job Description
We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills, and the ability to sell whilst actively engaging our guests at our Clover Hill Cellar Door.
Essential Skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service, in person and by phone or digital communications
- 1+ year hospitality experience
- A high standard of personal presentation
- High energy and a positive attitude
Desirable Skills
- Experience working within busy restaurant environment
- WSET or equivalent wine education
- Events and Functions experience
Required:
- RSA
- Access to reliable transport
This position is on a rotating roster which includes weekends and public holidays and may also involve extra evening hours for functions etc. Knowledge of wine or a willingness to learn about wine is essential.
