Job Description

We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills, and the ability to sell whilst actively engaging our guests at our Clover Hill Cellar Door.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service, in person and by phone or digital communications
  • 1+ year hospitality experience
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • High energy and a positive attitude

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working within busy restaurant environment
  • WSET or equivalent wine education
  • Events and Functions experience

Required:

  • RSA
  • Access to reliable transport

This position is on a rotating roster which includes weekends and public holidays and may also involve extra evening hours for functions etc. Knowledge of wine or a willingness to learn about wine is essential.
