This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, has a deep appreciation for wine, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a small team of cellar door staff
  • Drive wine sales and promote Delamere’s wine club memberships
  • Handle inventory management, stock control, and reporting
  • Assist in planning and hosting events, both at the cellar door and offsite
  • Share the story of Delamere Vineyards, educating guests about our wines and winemaking philosophy

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or winery cellar door management
  • Passion for wine and a desire to share your knowledge with others
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays (as required)
  • A proactive and organized individual with a high level of attention to detail
  • Wine qualifications (WSET or similar) are desirable but not essential

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary
  • The opportunity to work with a passionate and supportive team in a beautiful vineyard setting
  • The chance to be part of an iconic Tasmanian brand and share our story with wine lovers from all over the world
  • Discounts on wine and merchandise
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities

If you’re passionate about wine and want to lead a dedicated team at one of Tasmania’s most esteemed vineyards, we’d love to hear from you!
