Dales of Derby is looking for a reliable, fit and motivated Cleaner to join their team over the busy summer period.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and tidy, and can work well as part of a small team.
About the role
- 1–2 cleans per week, with the potential for additional work over summer.
- Cleans are often scheduled on Mondays, although days may vary during the busy summer period.
- Working alongside at least one other cleaner.
- Cleaning accommodation facilities, including rooms and bunk beds.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Taking initiative and working efficiently as part of a team.
About you
- Fit and healthy, with the ability to undertake physical cleaning duties.
- Reliable, hardworking and organised.
- Takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail.
- Shows initiative and can work independently when required.
- Comfortable working as part of a small team.
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential, as training is provided.
Pay and benefits
- $35 per hour to start, increasing to $40 per hour as skills and responsibilities develop.
- Casual work, approximately 1–2 cleans per week.
- All cleaning equipment and supplies provided.
- Training and support provided.
- Opportunity to take on additional responsibility and leadership within the cleaning team.
Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain and maintain their own Australian Business Number (ABN). Assistance can be provided to help with the setup process.
- Must be available for work over the summer period.
