Position Overview:
The Bridport Hotel is seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel’s public areas, guest rooms, and other facilities. A good availability, including some weekends, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other guest supplies as required.
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure areas are well-maintained.
- Replenish supplies as required.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to hotel management.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks promptly.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good availability, including weekends, to accommodate varying shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy items as required.
