We are seeking a reliable and motivated Concrete Batcher / Driver to join our team.
Heidelberg Materials has been supplying Australia’s construction materials for more than 70 years.

We benefit from global research and development, enhanced by national collaboration, to offer a comprehensive range of high-quality concrete, aggregates, road base, sand, asphalt and sustainable recycled construction materials for civil construction and infrastructure projects across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a front-end loader (FEL)
- Batch and deliver concrete
- Drive concrete trucks (Auto HR Licence required)
- Maintain trucks and equipment
- Keep the site clean and safe
- Provide professional customer service
- Follow fatigue management, safety and drug & alcohol policies
About You
- Reliable, safety-focused and professional
- Comfortable driving and operating machinery
- Good customer service skills
- Willing to learn and follow procedures
