Job Description
This is a genuinely casual position, with hours offered on an as-needed basis to support periods of staff leave, unplanned absences and peak period demands. The role requires a high level of flexibility and the ability to step in at short notice. Duties may include:
- Providing friendly and professional customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Responding to and directing enquiries appropriately
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with bookings, data entry, document management and general administration
- Supporting other areas of the organisation as required

- Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Have the ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a changing environment
- Be highly reliable, with a willingness to be available for shifts at short notice
- Show initiative and possess sound administrative and organisational skills
- Be comfortable using a range of computer systems and learning new processes
Previous experience in customer service or administration will be highly regarded.
