About the Role:
You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), supporting children’s development and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering high-quality early learning programs
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe and document children’s learning and progress
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
- Contribute to curriculum planning and daily routines
About You:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
