Pathfinder Care is a rapidly growing disability support organisation with over 300 dedicated staff supporting 200 plus participants across the North and North East of Tasmania. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality, person centred care with a strong focus on safety, dignity, and community connection.

We are now seeking a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our clinical and support team.

About the Role:

The Enrolled Nurse will provide high level clinical support to participants with varying needs across community, respite, and supported independent living settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred clinical care in accordance with AHPRA standards
  • Support medication administration and complete accurate documentation
  • Monitor health changes and escalate concerns to the RN/Clinical Lead
  • Assist with care plans, wound care, behaviour monitoring, and health assessments
  • Collaborate with families, support workers, and allied health professionals
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, infection control, and WHS
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, empathy, and participant dignity

About You:

We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and is confident in their clinical abilities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current Enrolled Nurse qualification & AHPRA registration
  • Medication endorsement
  • Experience in disability, aged care, or community care
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) check
  • NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain
  • Current Driver’s Licence

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in NDIS or community-based nursing
  • Experience in behaviour support and complex care
