Cains Civil Contracting is a growing civil construction company delivering quality results across a range of Top Con projects. The business is located in Bridport, with jobs ranging in the local area, and through to the Launceston region.
They are looking for an Experienced Excavator Operator to join their team. You will be operating excavators, supervising sites and labouring.
What they’re looking for:
- Proven experience operating excavators on Top Con civil projects (2+ years)
- Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques and site requirements
- Ability to read plans and work to garde
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Reliable, team-focused and positive attitude
- Must be willing to stay away when required

Essentials for perfect candidate:
- Great communication skills
- Truck License (desirable)
- Driver’s License (required)
