ACL is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Export Shipping & Administration Officer to coordinate export shipments and provide administrative and customer service support across our operations.
Duties include:
- Coordinate export schedules, freight bookings and dispatches
- Prepare and verify export documentation
- Process and reconcile, accounts, freight and supplier invoices
- Maintain accurate export, financial, and audit records
- Support continuous improvement of export and financial administrative processes
Requirements:
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical
- Ability to pass police check
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems
About You:
- Experience in export, logistics, or administration
- Strong attention to detail, compliance and organisational skills
- Ablity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
