This local business specialises in all aspects of timber flooring, with a strong focus on timber floor sanding, re-sanding, varnishing, staining, and the installation of quality wood flooring. They take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.
Backed by over 10 years of industry experience and a qualified trade, they’re looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join the growing business.
About the Role:
As part of the team, you will be involved in a variety of timber flooring projects, including:
- Timber floor sanding and resanding
- Varnishing and staining timber floors
- Installation of timber flooring
- Preparing worksites and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Delivering high-quality workmanship while working both independently and as part of a team
- Willing to consider an apprenticeship for the right candidate
What They’re Looking For
The successful applicant will have:
- Current Police Check
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card
- White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence
- First Aid and CPR Certificate (desirable) or willingness to obtain
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
