The Bridport Hotel is a vibrant, welcoming local pub in, known for its warm atmosphere, great food and drinks, and strong community presence. As we head into the busy summer season, we’re looking for reliable, energetic Front of House staff to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with professionalism and friendliness
- Take orders, serve food and clear tables
- Ensure dining and public areas are clean, tidy, and presentable
- Assist with cash handling / point-of-sale duties
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest enquiries
- Uphold the hotel’s standards for hospitality and guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality / front of house is advantageous, but not strictly required
- RSA is a good addition but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to handle busy periods with composure
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to pick up shifts during peak times / holidays
- Good presentation, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Able to work weekends
