ACL Bearing Company (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator / Setter to join our Blank and Form area.
This is a weekday role, within the manufacturing operations. The role will start as casual, and may move to a full time role for the right candidate.
About the role
The successful applicant will be responsible for operating and setting machines within the Blank and Form area, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. Duties will include:
- machine operation and basic setting
- monitoring product quality,
- handling materials
- following documented procedures
Key requirements:
- Physically fit and healthy
- Mechanically minded, with the ability to set and adjust machinery
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
- Sound literacy and numeracy skills to interpret production documentation
- Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience will be highly regarded, however training will be provided for the right candidate.
