Join the Team at Bridestowe Lavender Farm – Full-Time Manufacturing Role
Are you someone who’s easy-going, relaxed, and ready to roll up your sleeves? Bridestowe Lavender Farm is looking for a down-to-earth, hands-on team member to join our manufacturing space full-time.
This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll be involved in:
- Filling bottles and sachets
- Packing lavender merchandise
- Printing and applying labels
- Light data entry
- General hands-on production tasks
Please note: This is a physical role that requires you to be on your feet for most of the day, with regular lifting, packing, and repetitive tasks—so a good level of physical fitness is essential.
We’re not necessarily looking for experience—we’re looking for the right personality. If you’re willing to learn, have solid time management skills, and are looking for a long-term opportunity (we’d love someone keen to stick around for 2+ years), we’d love to hear from you.
This role is fully trainable, so if you’ve got the right attitude and a genuine interest in staying with us long-term, we’ll teach you the rest.
