Love the outdoors? Passionate about mountain biking and Tasmania’s incredible trails? Up Down Around MTB is looking for friendly, reliable Shuttle Bus Drivers to join our team in Derby – one of Australia’s top MTB destinations!
About the Role:
As a Shuttle Driver, you’ll be transporting mountain bikers to various trailheads around the Blue Derby network. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our riders have an awesome experience from the moment they hop in the bus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to and from trail drop-offs
- Assist riders with loading and unloading bikes
- Provide friendly, local insights and great customer service
- Perform basic vehicle safety checks and cleaning
- Help keep things running smoothly and on schedule
What We’re Looking For:
- A current MR licence along with a public passenger licence with a good driving record
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable driving on winding roads and in variable conditions
- Basic knowledge of the Blue Derby trails is a bonus – or a willingness to learn
- A passion for the outdoors and creating great visitor experiences
