Job Description
The popular Dorset Hotel are growing their team for the upcoming summer season. The roles on offer include:
- Food and Beverage Attendant
- Guest Services Attendant
- Kitchen Attendant
Food & Beverage Attendant
- includes bar work, waiting tables, stock management and accommodation check-in
- an RSA is essential
- a Cert II or III in Hospitality, Food Safety Training and First Aid are desirable
- must be organised, reliable and work well in a team
Guest Services Attendant
- includes servicing and cleaning hotel and accommodation areas
- previous experience is preferred, but not essential
- must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a fast paced environment
Kitchen Attendant
- kitchen cleaning and food prep duties
- a Certificate II in Kitchen Operations or equivalent are desirable
- basic knife skills and an excellent attention to detail are required
