Job Description

The popular Dorset Hotel are growing their team for the upcoming summer season. The roles on offer include:

  • Food and Beverage Attendant
  • Guest Services Attendant
  • Kitchen Attendant

Food & Beverage Attendant

  • includes bar work, waiting tables, stock management and accommodation check-in
  • an RSA is essential
  • a Cert II or III in Hospitality, Food Safety Training and First Aid are desirable
  • must be organised, reliable and work well in a team

Guest Services Attendant

  • includes servicing and cleaning hotel and accommodation areas
  • previous experience is preferred, but not essential
  • must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a fast paced environment

Kitchen Attendant

  • kitchen cleaning and food prep duties
  • a Certificate II in Kitchen Operations or equivalent are desirable
  • basic knife skills and an excellent attention to detail are required
