An exciting opportunity has become available for a confident, capable and highly organised Office & Administration Manager to take charge of daily operations within a fast-paced business environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, efficiency, numbers, and being the steady hand that keeps an office running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Business Operations Manager, Directors, and Sales Manager, while overseeing and supporting one part-time administration/accounts team member.

We are looking for someone who thrives on clarity, deadlines, workflow, and smooth systems — and who takes pride in accuracy, professionalism and exceptional communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office functions and administrative workflows
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable & general financial administration
  • Process payroll, banking & financial reconciliation in line with reporting schedules
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records, filing systems & document control
  • Coordinate communication across office, production, sales & management teams
  • Provide support, structure and direction to a part-time administration/accounts officer
  • Ensure policies, procedures and compliance requirements are followed consistently

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong administration and financial processing capability
  • Experience with accounting software (MYOB or similar)
  • Excellent organisational skills + strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks confidently
  • Professional communication skills — written & verbal
