About the Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics of our shuttle service, managing staff, optimizing scheduling, and ensuring our fleet is running smoothly. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills to keep things running efficiently while delivering an outstanding experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shuttle operations, including scheduling and logistics
- Lead and manage a team of drivers
- Ensure safety standards and compliance with all transport regulations
- Maintain and coordinate vehicle servicing and upkeep
- Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency
- Provide top-notch customer service and handle any on-the-ground challenges
- Monitor bookings and manage peak season demands
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in operations management, transport logistics, or tourism
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for mountain biking and outdoor adventure
- Knowledge of MTB culture and ability to learn the Trail Network
- A valid public passenger vehicle license (with light rigid heavy vehicle licence)
