The Position:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Service Agent to join our fun, passionate and professional team.
Leveraging your strong organisational skills, administrative capability and exceptional communication, you will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality service from the booking stage right through to guests’ time onsite.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour
- Assisting with reservations and responding to guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Supporting seamless check-in and check-out procedures
- Handling guest requests, enquiries, and special arrangements
- Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing
- Addressing and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally

- Impeccably groomed and professionally presented

- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Highly attentive to detail
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced with reservation systems and confident with computers
