The Hub is a licensed restaurant offering Napoletana-inspired, unique wood-fired pizzas and is based in Derby, the mountain biking capital of Australia. We are passionate about pizza and excellent customer service. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Supervisory experience in the hospitality industry. This does not need to be in a licensed venue.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
Tasks & responsibilities
- You will lead the team in providing excellent product and customer service as well as maintaining our workplace culture.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of running a restaurant (being trained in areas that are new to you); floor management, customer service, staff training and hiring and stock management.
