We are currently seeking caring, reliable, motivated and dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide in-home support.
A team member who is genuinely passionate about making a difference in someone’s daily life.
About the Role:
This role involves afternoon, evenings and overnight shifts, focusing on personal care and domestic assistance.
As a support worker, you will provide one-on-one support to clients, assisting them to live more independently and comfortably, whether it be at home or out in the community.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the client with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting morning and evening routines
- Meal preparation and light domestic tasks
- Companionship and emotional support
- Ensuring the clients’ comfort and safety overnight
- Daily assistance
- Mentoring and skill development
Requirements:
- WWVP Registration
- Current Police check
- Current CPR & First Aid
- Full driver’s license
- Own reliable car
- Full comprehensive car insurance
- Cert III or IIII In individual support or community services or working towards
- Medication endorsement an advantage
- Can speak fluent English
