Support Workers & Domestic Assistants – Scottsdale & Bridport

Community Care is currently seeking qualified Support Workers and Domestic Assistants to support our growing client base in the Scottsdale and Bridport areas.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or are currently studying towards it)
- Are passionate about helping others live independently and with dignity
- Have previous experience in cleaning or domestic assistance
- Are reliable, compassionate, and community-minded
Specific requirements of the role include:
- Availability for at least 3 days per week, for and shifts between 8am and 6pm
- Certificate III in Individual Support or a qualification that includes modules: CHCCCS011, CHCCCS015 or CHCCCS0131.
- If you are not formally qualified, but have had at least 4 years experience in disability or aged care support that has included providing personal care, your application may be considered
- Must have or be willing to obtain; police check (no older than 3 months), First Aid, CPR, drivers license, car registration/insurance, WWVP card with NDIS screening clearance.
- This is a physically demanding role that includes providing support services for domestic duties, personal care, transport, meal preparation and social support
- Locations of shifts will be in the wider Dorset area and may include Pipers River, Bridport, Scottsdale, Ringarooma and surrounds.
Domestic Assistant roles include:
- General housework and cleaning
- Assisting clients to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Experience in cleaning or home care is highly desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.
