Position Title: Videographer and Photographer
Location: Greater Launceston Area
Renumeration: $50,000 – $70,000 per annum (Full-time)
Start Date: Immediate
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Videographer and Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in shooting and editing real estate photo and video content and will be able to work independently to capture stunning visuals across our client portfolios.
As part of a close-knit, collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to lean into editing and post-production processes when required. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual who enjoys both creative shooting and hone industry skills in technical post-production work.
Key Responsibilities
- Real Estate Photography & Videography
- Capture high-quality real estate photography and videography, including interior, exterior, drone, and twilight shots, according to client specifications. Ensure all content meets NB Media’s creative and technical standards.
- Editing & Post-Production (When Required)
- Assist with editing and post-production processing of photos and videos as needed, ensuring the final content is polished and professional. This may include colour correction, audio adjustments, and visual enhancement.
- Daily Shoot Coordination
- Travel independently around the Greater Launceston region to shoot properties. Work with clients and team members to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with other team members, including Operations Manager, editors, and support staff, to ensure a seamless workflow in order to meet project deadlines.
- Client Relations
- Maintain professional relationships with clients during shoots, ensuring clear communication and a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in shooting and editing real estate photography and videography.
- A solid portfolio of real estate photo and video content demonstrating your technical and creative skills.
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and videography techniques specific to real estate.
- Proficient in using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- A team player with a collaborative attitude and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Reliable transportation with their own vehicle and the ability to travel independently around the Greater Launceston region with a current and valid drivers license.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with photography and videography.
- Ability to fly a drone is a bonus.
- Knowledge of audio recording and sound editing for real estate videos.
- Familiarity with project management or scheduling software (e.g., Trello, Aryeo).
- Ability to work in high pressure environments and meet tight deadlines
Location & Work Arrangement:
This position is based in the Greater Launceston area, and you will be required to travel around the region for shoots. The role is full-time, with an immediate start.
