We are a dynamic digital media agency based in Northern Tasmania specialising in high-quality real estate photography, videography, and content creation. We work with clients across Tasmania, creating stunning visual content that tells compelling stories. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and motivated Videographer and Photographer to join our team.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Videographer and Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in shooting and editing real estate photo and video content and will be able to work independently to capture stunning visuals across our client portfolios.
As part of a close-knit, collaborative team, you will need to skilled in editing and post-production processes too.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in shooting and editing real estate photography and videography.
- A solid portfolio of photo and video content demonstrating your technical and creative skills.
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and videography techniques
- Proficient in using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- A team player with a collaborative attitude and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Reliable transportation with their own vehicle and the ability to travel independently around the Greater Launceston region with a current and valid drivers license.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with photography and videography.
- Ability to fly a drone is a bonus.
- Knowledge of audio recording and sound editing
- Familiarity with project management or scheduling software (e.g., Trello, Aryeo).
- Ability to work in high pressure environments and meet tight deadlines
Location & Work Arrangement:
This position is based in the Greater Launceston area, and you will be required to travel around the region for shoots.
